Payment & Delivery Policy

No deposit, no prepayment: you pay when the work is finished. Below is how payment works and how the finished work gets to you.

1. Prices and quotes
Prices on our pricing page are starting prices. Your quote lists the exact price for your vehicle, including materials, labor, and shipping, in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required by Oklahoma law.
2. How you can pay
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through a secure payment link we send with your invoice, or ACH bank transfer. We do not take card numbers over the phone or by email, and we do not store them.
3. When you pay
Nothing is paid up front. When the work is finished we send photos of it with the invoice, and you pay the full quoted price before it ships or when you pick it up. For work done on your vehicle at the shop, you pay when you collect the car. The invoice will not be higher than the approved quote unless you agreed to a change in writing.
4. Production time
Most orders take 2 to 4 weeks from the day you approve the quote. Full interiors and rare materials can take longer; your quote states the expected date. If we are going to miss it, we tell you before the date, not after.
5. Shipping
We ship to all 50 states with UPS or FedEx Ground, insured for the full value. You get a tracking number by email the day it ships. Shipping cost is listed as its own line in your quote. Transit time is usually 2 to 7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes are quoted separately. We do not ship outside the United States.
6. Pickup and shop work
You can pick up any order at our shop at 7400 Plaza Mayor Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73149 at no charge. For work that needs the vehicle, such as headliners or carpet, we book a drop-off date; most of these jobs take 1 to 3 days.
7. Mail-in work
Steering wheels and removed seats can be shipped to us. You pay shipping to our shop; we pack and insure the return shipment and include it in your quote. Please remove airbags from steering wheels before shipping; we cannot accept a wheel with the airbag installed.
